We tackle these issues in one of two ways:

1. Remove the virus or spyware for $85 - if you do not have virus software or the subscription has expired, you will need to purchase antivirus software. We recommend Norton Antivirus. You can purchase this through BCC directly or at any office supply or computer supply store.

Some viruses and spyware do not fall into a simple removal process. If this is true for you, then we would recommend our second option listed below.

2. Reformat and reinstall the computer for $165 - we use this process if the computer is beyond a simple repair process. This entails backing up all of the data, reformatting the hard drive which wipes it clean of all information, reinstalling the operating system and any software you need, putting your data back on the computer.
